Idea and inspiration
Tina was born from the idea of transforming the Tira chair into an iconic piece. With a cutting-edge personality and a distinctly three-dimensional and innovative character, it aims to transport you to a place where all ideas become reality. Inspired by the nature surrounding our studio, as well as by Nordic and industrial trends, we wanted Tina to be the vehicle for bringing your home to more northerly latitudes.
Description
Key points
We wanted Tina to be completely sustainable, so we designed it so that its assembly could not be done using any type of metal joint (screws or nails).
For this reason, during its design we have carried out several tests with finite element analysis (FEA) programs to create a chair that is as robust as possible.
We have merged the artisanal manufacturing process with additive manufacturing to obtain an innovative and iconic chair.
Materials used
PEFC-certified local plane tree wood
Environmentally friendly adhesives
Surface finish with guaranteed durability
