Important note:
Whether the chosen item is in stock or is a made-to-order item (limited edition or current collection), we will inform you of the exact delivery time by email once the purchase is completed.

If you are an interior designer and want to purchase products for your projects, the process is somewhat different:

Shipping company: We work with companies specializing in the transport of furniture and fragile items. You will receive a tracking number when your order is en route.
Shipping costs: calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. They are displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Showroom pickup: free. You need to make an appointment.

Warranty:
All Voleana pieces come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We retain the 3D file of each piece, allowing us to reproduce or repair pieces in the future.
Returns:
You can return a product within 20 days of receipt.
The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
Customized items no returned unless defective.

Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if the part arrives damaged?
Take a photo, let us know within 48 hours and we'll arrange for the replacement or repair at no cost.
Can I exchange one part for another?
Yes, provided the new part is available and the price difference is acceptable.
How do I know if a part is in stock?
The product description clearly states this. If it's not specified, you can ask us.
