How does it work?

  • Explore our collections and limited editions. Each entry contains all the information: materials, dimensions, carbon footprint, and the garment's story.

  • Some pieces offer options for material, finish, or color. Choose the one that best suits you.

  • Review your selection before continuing.

  • Fill in your details or log in (if you are a professional).

  • We show you the available options and their corresponding costs.

  • Card, bank transfer, PayPal. Secure payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with the order details and estimated delivery time.

Important note:

Whether the chosen item is in stock or is a made-to-order item (limited edition or current collection), we will inform you of the exact delivery time by email once the purchase is completed.

If you need the part within a limited time frame, please contact us using the form or via WhatsApp.

Why come?

  • To view samples of materials and finishes not available online.

How does it work?

  • Book an appointment through the contact form or by phone. Do it however you prefer.

  • We'll let you know the day and time (Monday to Friday, during business hours). We're completely flexible and adaptable.

  • Come to the showroom, sit down, look, touch, ask questions. No obligation. When you have the piece in front of you, everything changes.

  • If you're sure, you can finalize your purchase right there or keep thinking about it until you make a decision.

Purchasing process for professionals

If you are an interior designer and want to purchase products for your projects, the process is somewhat different:

How does it work?

  • Request professional access through this link or by selecting the "Professional Access" option in the top menu of the website.

  • You will receive your credentials for the private area and we will verify your professional activity.

    • You will have access to specific prices for professionals.

    • You will have access to limited series.

    • You will have access to exclusive pre-releases.

    • You will receive special prices for product packages.

    • You will download renders and narrative dossiers.

  • We will provide you with personalized advice on the projects you are undertaking.

  • Item in stock: 4 business days

    • Current collector's item (made to order): please inquire

    • Limited edition: see product details

    • Customized product: defined in the proposal.

    • Shipping company: We work with companies specializing in the transport of furniture and fragile items. You will receive a tracking number when your order is en route.

    • Shipping costs: calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. They are displayed before you finalize your purchase.

    • Showroom pickup: free. You need to make an appointment.

  • We accept:

    • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    • PayPal

    • Bank transfer (for professional or high-value orders)

    • Payment in installments: For orders over €3,000, please see the personalized payment options.

  • Warranty:

    All Voleana pieces come with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We retain the 3D file of each piece, allowing us to reproduce or repair pieces in the future.

    Returns:

    • You can return a product within 20 days of receipt.

    • The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).

    • Customized items no returned unless defective.

  • Can I cancel an order?

    Yes, as long as production hasn't started. Contact us as soon as possible.

    What happens if the part arrives damaged?

    Take a photo, let us know within 48 hours and we'll arrange for the replacement or repair at no cost.

    Can I exchange one part for another?

    Yes, provided the new part is available and the price difference is acceptable.

    How do I know if a part is in stock?

    The product description clearly states this. If it's not specified, you can ask us.
